About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team at Shepherd Neame. As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver an excellent level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives
  • Undertake duty manager shifts and responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and business performance
