We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team in East London as a Registered Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our service users and their families.

The estimated salary range for this role is £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 25 days holiday, occupational maternity pay, adoption pay, and death in service payment.

This role involves leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to our service users. You will be responsible for ensuring that all care services meet the required standards and that the team is well-supported and motivated.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Level 5 Health and Social Care Manager
  • Experience working as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC and its framework
