Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at PIB Insurance Brokers, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This exciting role involves developing relationships with clients, prospects, and associates to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience of working within the UK insurance market and a good understanding of regulation and compliance. Key responsibilities include determining appropriate solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies that meet client needs and delivering profitable business for a range of clients.
Requirements and Benefits- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C including English and Maths.
- Experience of General Commercial classes of business.
- Excellent client service and administrative skills, adhering to processes and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary of £**45,000 - £60,000**, a generous holiday allowance with the option to buy additional days, death in service benefit of x4 salary, company pension scheme, and flexible benefits package allowing you to add additional benefits to your overall package.
