Job Summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to provide safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for engaging and inspiring swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes to swimmers of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of individual swimmers.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to swimmers to help them improve their swimming skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of swimming lessons.
  • Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities to customers.

Requirements

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
