About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Innotech Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing tasks and reporting to the Technical Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize client needs and address inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and escalate issues within 24 hours.
  • Schedule maintenance visits and oversee repair work from order to completion.
  • Issue reports, raise permits, and manage emergency requests.
  • Review and send quotes, assisting with client queries.
  • Collaborate on team diary management and cover for absences.
  • Handle phone calls and escalate urgent matters.
  • Complete additional tasks during peak periods.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a construction environment.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player.
