Priory Hospital Bristol is an elegant 18th century country residence set in beautiful parkland close to the centre of Bristol. We are part of the Healthcare Division of Priory Group and have 77 beds over seven wards varying from Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Adult Psychiatric Intensive Care, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntington's and Dementia, along with a growing outpatient therapy service.

Your Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, with a focus on painting and decorating responsibilities. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, maintaining records of maintenance work and inventory of parts/supplies, and communicating with maintenance staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
* Proven experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management or related fields
* Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, materials, and safety practices
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

Salary and Location
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £23,464 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
