Technical Leadership Opportunity

Fusion People is seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to join our team. As a senior member of our Technical Management team, you will drive technical excellence and support our mission to become the UK's leading technical solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of effective design and technical management across multiple projects.
  • Set up and monitor technical strategies and deliverables plans for all projects.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate design and technical risks.
  • Align consultant deliverables and fees with project pricing, procurement, and construction requirements.
Requirements
  • BEng or MEng/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Building Services degree.
  • Minimum 10 years in a design-related building services engineering role.
  • Sector experience in Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, MOD/MOJ.
  • Comfortable managing projects with MEP values of £5-50M.
