We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Centre Assistant in the heart of London.

Our purpose is to deliver medically-led diagnostics, innovation, value and long-term investment to healthcare, with core laboratory facilities at The Halo Building in London and expanding sites across the country.

Job Description

This full-time hybrid role is based on varying shift patterns, with flexibility required to work weekends and Bank Holidays from home. As a Service Centre Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries through electronic channels and telephone support.

You will work closely with patients, doctors' surgeries, hospitals and laboratories, using your excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service and support. Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in working in a busy environment handling high volumes of telephone calls and administration tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Degree-educated in a Science subject, preferably Biology, to understand medical terminology.
  • Able to prioritise and manage workload effectively in a dynamic Contact Centre environment.
  • Proficient in various systems and experienced in using Microsoft Office package.
