About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Accuracy Checker to join our team. As an Accredited Dispensing Technician, you'll be responsible for ordering medicines, checking and dispensing prescriptions with precision. Your expertise will ensure that medications are accurately prepared and supplied to patients, freeing up time for our Pharmacists to provide additional services.

Responsibilities:
  • Final accuracy check of dispensed items
  • Oversee the Dispensing Team Members when requested by the Responsible Pharmacist
  • Prepare, supply, and check prescriptions while providing advice and support
  • Take medicine histories from patients and offer treatment options

Requirements:
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with GPhC and recognised Accuracy Checking Qualification
  • Passion for patient and customer care
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver high standards efficiently
  • Comfortable overseeing the dispensing team and offering support to the wider Healthcare Team
  • Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Digitally knowledgeable and comfortable with navigating new technology

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
