The Role:

As Pharmacy Dispensary Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency. With patient communication handled by our customer care team, the dispensary team can focus on delivering top-tier performance, ensuring patients receive their medication on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively work alongside the team on the dispensary floor, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high output levels, and taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Conduct probationary and performance reviews in line with company guidelines.
  • Ensure training for new dispensary team members is carried out in accordance with individual training plans.
