Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in our community.

Main Duties
  • Provide specialist psychiatric services to children and adolescents in our community
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and provide diagnoses for children and adolescents with mental health issues
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the mental health needs of children and adolescents
  • Provide education and training to other healthcare professionals on mental health issues affecting children and adolescents
Requirements
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Registered with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with mental health issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
