HR Business Partner Role

Bucks Skills Hub is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting our managers with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations, overseeing absence management and leading recruitment efforts
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with the payroll team for accurate monthly payroll processing
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing the employee experience
Requirements
  • Chartered Member of Institute of Personnel and Development
  • First Degree or equivalent
  • A detailed practical knowledge of Employment Law and Good Employment Practices
