Customer Service Representative

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Customer Assistance Representative to join our team in Teesside. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities- Provide high-level customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44
- 25 days paid holiday per year, plus public holidays and additional days after 5 years of service
