Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistance Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, both internal and external, via phone and in person. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, such as managing multiple deadlines and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone and in person
  • Manage multiple deadlines and work as part of a team
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
