About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Middlesbrough store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Availability Window

We require our colleagues to be available to work during the following times:

Sun: 14:15 - 23:15

Tue: 05:30 - 13:30

Thu: 11:00 - 18:00

Fri: 11:00 - 18:00

We offer a competitive rate of pay, starting at £12.02 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on location and skills. As a Tesco colleague, you will also receive a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if desired.

  • Be at work on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador
