About the Role

Fitch Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Director to join our Global Leverage Finance Research team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our European bond and loan default forecasts, as well as expanding our global research on defaults and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our European bond and loan default forecasts
  • Expand our global research on defaults and market analysis
  • Collaborate with our product development team to build and enhance our analytical tools and databases
  • Communicate our research findings to external audiences through written reports, presentations, and media appearances
  • Mentor and manage junior members of our Leverage Finance team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, with a focus on leveraged finance and capital markets
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
