Job Title: Director - Leveraged Finance

Fitch Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Global Leverage Finance Research team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our European bond and loan default forecasts, as well as expanding our global research on defaults and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain our European bond and loan default forecasts
  • Expand our global research on defaults and market analysis
  • Communicate rating rationale to external audiences through meetings, conference calls, press releases, and written research reports
  • Represent Fitch at industry events and conferences
  • Mentor and manage junior members of the Leverage Finance team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree at minimum, MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • Proven experience in corporate finance and leverage finance
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to shift fluidly between multiple projects as priorities change
