Reservations and Booking Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations and Booking Expert to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, responding to booking enquiries, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Main Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing daily reservations checks, updating reservation systems, and responding to booking enquiries within a strict deadline. They will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating logistics for events, communicating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring seamless execution of events. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
