Job Description:
As an Accommodation and Events Specialist at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for managing daily reservations, ensuring accuracy in the in-house system, and providing exceptional administrative skills to coordinate events. Your role will involve being the first point of contact for client enquiries regarding accommodation and meeting/events spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily reservations checks from various platforms
- Ensure all backups, comments, and payments are set accordingly
- Conduct weekly submissions of commissions on Fastcom
- Update trackers on a daily basis (e.g., no-shows, cancellations)
- Handle reservation and booking enquires via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Requirements:
- Be an expert on hotel business, bedrooms, and events
- Arrange and deliver professional show arounds to promote accommodation and/or meeting space sales
- Build rapport with key clients to identify requirements and opportunities
- Provide detailed function plans to ensure client needs are met

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that includes weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
