Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a dynamic environment that prioritises holistic education and student growth.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people. You will be working in a SEMH school located in Central Manchester, providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for students aged 6 to 14 with complex needs and associated anxieties.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement tailored strategies to address emotional and behavioural needs, helping students build positive relationships and develop effective coping mechanisms.
  • Foster resilience and promote positive behaviours through targeted interventions, outdoor education, and therapeutic approaches.

About the Role:

This Student Behaviour Support role offers a competitive daily rate of £150 per day upwards. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where they can make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Key Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK and be willing to attend a registration interview.
