Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at our SEMH school in Central Manchester.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour management plans to support students with SEMH needs.

About Our School

Our SEMH school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students aged 6 to 14 with complex needs and associated anxieties.

We focus on building resilience and fostering positive behaviours through tailored interventions, outdoor education, and therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans to support students with SEMH needs.
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students.
