Student Behaviour Coach

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at our SEMH school in Central Manchester.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour management plans to support students with SEMH needs.
About Our SchoolOur SEMH school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students aged 6 to 14 with complex needs and associated anxieties.
We focus on building resilience and fostering positive behaviours through tailored interventions, outdoor education, and therapeutic approaches.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement behaviour management plans to support students with SEMH needs.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students.
- A competitive daily rate of up to £150 with potential for long-term opportunities.

- A supportive team environment that prioritises student growth.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
- Legal right to work in the UK and willingness to attend a registration interview.
