Business Development Representative for Tools and PPE

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking.
- Present products and services to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor sales approaches.
- Work collaboratively with the Product Management team to develop innovative solutions that meet customer demands.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tools and PPE sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and overcome obstacles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.
