Job Description: The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting for a Business Development Representative for Tools and PPE in the Braintree, Essex area. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  3. Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking.
  4. Present products and services to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  5. Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor sales approaches.
  6. Work collaboratively with the Product Management team to develop innovative solutions that meet customer demands.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and improve results.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tools and PPE sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.
