Postdoctoral Research Associate in Cancer Immunology

The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Research Associate to join the Machado Lab in the Department of Pathology. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging single-cell genomic and transcriptomic datasets to understand the somatic evolution of the T cell response to cancer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement computational pipelines for genomic data analysis
  • Analyze and interpret large-scale genomic and transcriptomic datasets
  • Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement new methods for cancer immunology research
  • Present research findings at conferences and publish in top-tier scientific journals
Requirements:
  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g. computational biology, genomics, bioinformatics)
  • Experience in analyzing genomic and/or multiomic datasets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
