Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, a strong ability to influence and negotiate, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers to ensure their needs and expectations are exceeded.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support category growth and identify new opportunities for products outside of contracted categories.
  • Business Development
    • Meet and exceed business and department SLA's, from responding to customer inquiries to providing quotations.
    • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's, as outlined by the Customer Experience Manager.
    • Hit a monthly Sales & GP target for the channel.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Utilize internal category representatives to support with category growth.
    • Keep accurate databases of customer information and opportunities.
    • Promote relevant campaigns within the portfolio of accounts.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Utilize information systems to conduct trend and gap analysis.
  • Company Culture
    • Actively contribute to a positive working environment, while promoting the business' core values and required culture.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
  • Track record in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • The ability to multitask, be organized, agree priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work to targets.
  • The ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
