About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Howdens Joinery, the UK's number one trade kitchen supplier. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer claims in a timely and efficient manner, providing clear and concise communication to resolve issues.
  • Manage internal and external customer queries, utilizing various communication channels to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve weekly targets and execute first-time resolutions.
  • Identify and report on processes that result in a poor customer experience, providing recommendations for improvement.

  • Experience working in a customer service role within a similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across different levels within the business, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of the wider customer service team, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • The ability to resolve challenging customer queries, prioritizing the end-user experience and providing solutions that meet their needs.
