Customer Experience Liaison

EVO is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed business and department SLAs, from responding to queries to providing customers with quotations.
- Proactively upsell products and services to existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new opportunities for products outside of contracted categories and collaborate with internal category representatives to support category growth.
- Manage accurate databases of customer information and opportunities.
- Promote relevant campaigns within the portfolio of accounts to drive engagement and sales.
- Utilize information systems to conduct trend and gap analysis to inform business decisions.
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as outlined by the Customer Experience Manager.
- Meet monthly Sales & GP targets for the channel.
- Contribute to a positive working environment and promote the business' core values and culture.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Track record in a customer-focused telephony environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work to targets and adapt to change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
