About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at IQVIA. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical expertise to support the management of patients with long-term conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support practices in providing clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
  • Ensure clinical services are delivered within the bounds of our protocols, service operating instructions, and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN, or CCG level where there is clinical need.
  • Enhance the awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and assist in developing long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organizations.
Requirements
  • Registered pharmacists with a passion for making a positive difference to patients' long-term health.
  • Community or primary care experience is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required, along with remote (home) working.
  • Driven work ethic and a keen passion to make a positive difference to patients' long-term health.
