Job Title: Casual Lead Sports Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic casual coach to lead sessions for our school age Athletics Programme. The successful candidate will have experience in Athletics coaching and be able to work with children from a variety of backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the teaching/coaching of a variety of client groups of varying ability.
  • Deliver a progressive and developmental programme.
  • Maintain and update participant records.
  • Check all teaching equipment and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold an Athletics Level 2 (UKA Athletics Coach qualification).
  • Experience in Athletics coaching.
  • Experience working with children from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
