Job Title: Casual Lead Sports Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Casual Lead Sports Coach to join our team at DEED Leisure and Culture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading sports coaching sessions for children, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment, and maintaining accurate participant records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sports coaching sessions for children of varying abilities
  • Maintain and update participant records
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment is provided at all times
  • Check and maintain teaching equipment

Requirements:

  • Hold an Athletics Level 2 (UKA Athletics Coach qualification)
  • Experience in Athletics coaching
  • Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
