Job Title: Casual Lead Sports Coach

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic casual coaches to lead sessions for our school age Athletics Programme. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering a progressive and developmental programme, maintaining participant records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the teaching/coaching of various client groups of varying ability.
  • Deliver a structured and engaging programme, maintaining participant records and ensuring a safe environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and enthuse others.

Requirements:
  • Hold an Athletics Level 2 (UKA Athletics Coach qualification).
  • Experience in Athletics coaching, working with children from diverse backgrounds, and planning structured activity sessions.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work flexibly, including weekends.
