Job Summary:
Talent Finder Jobs is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Health and Safety Trainer to join our team. As a Health and Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional training sessions on health and safety topics, including IOSH and NEBOSH programs.
- Develop and design new health and safety courses to reflect changes in legislation and industry best practices.
- Portray a professional company image to all customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service and share information to improve training delivery.
- Report to the Director and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in the Health and Safety field, with a strong background in training and development.
- Appropriate training qualifications, such as IOSH or NEBOSH certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work with an ability and willingness to travel across the UK.
- Good computer skills, specifically in MS Office applications.
