Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including health assessments, disease management, and health education.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct routine health checks, vaccinations, and screenings as required.
  • Assist with minor surgical procedures and provide wound care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our practice's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and active PIN.

  • Understanding of health and safety issues.
