Practice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at MCG Healthcare Careers.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of clinical duties, including asthma reviews, COPD reviews, diabetes reviews, and multi-morbidity reviews. They will also be required to perform coil checks, removals, insertions, and replacements, as well as ring pessary insertions, cervical cytology, wound care, and contraception services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical duties, including asthma reviews, COPD reviews, diabetes reviews, and multi-morbidity reviews
- Conduct coil checks, removals, insertions, and replacements
- Perform ring pessary insertions, cervical cytology, wound care, and contraception services
- Assist GPs with minor surgery
- Measure blood pressure
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will need to be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively.
