Job Title: Practice Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our team at St Wulfstan Surgery. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, working closely with our Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of the Nurse Manager
  • Perform clinical reviews and assessments, administer injections and vaccinations, and assist with procedures as directed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements:
  • Registered nurse with current NMC registration and active PIN
  • Post-registration study in topics allied to general practice
  • Chronic disease management qualifications
  • Competence to undertake Asthma, COPD, and Diabetic clinics/reviews and hold relevant certificates
