Senior Sous Chef - Rhubarb London Events

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic events team at Rhubarb London. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences at our events, working closely with our Head Chef and food development team.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of food for events
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff management
  • Ensure high-quality food standards and presentation
