Senior Sous Chef - Events

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our events team at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection.

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences at our events, working closely with our Head Chef and food development team to create innovative and delicious menus.

With a proven background in event catering, production kitchens, luxury hotels, or venues, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service at events
  • Developing and implementing new menu ideas and concepts
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and food development team to create innovative and delicious menus
  • Ensuring seamless execution of events, from planning to delivery

We offer a competitive salary of £45K, depending on experience, and a stable and progressive career within a high-end events company.
