About the Role

Dmgmedia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Editorial Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our newsroom, you will be responsible for managing the production of high-quality, engaging content that meets the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Editorial Management: Oversee the production of news content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and meets the company's editorial standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of editors and writers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a seamless content experience for our audience.
  • Analytics and Performance: Monitor and analyze content performance, using data to inform content decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in editorial management, content development, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital media, content strategy, and analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
