We are seeking an International Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at QIAGEN. As a senior member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures. The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in a relevant subject, or equivalent employment experience, and proven working experience and knowledge of clinical regulations, standards, guidelines and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures
  2. Oversee the quality and compliance of the Clinical Affairs team
  3. Represent Clinical QA as a member of project teams for planned and ongoing clinical trials

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including attractive pension scheme, private healthcare, and flexible working options.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in a relevant subject, or equivalent employment experience
  • Proven working experience and knowledge of clinical regulations, standards, guidelines and best practice
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of global In Vitro Diagnostic Regulations (EU IVDR, US 21CFR820)
