Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems
- Participate in external audits and inspections
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
