Quality Assurance Officer

Bouygues Energies & Services has an opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate and support the development of procedures/work instructions and training with regards to quality matters to ensure the company’s quality system requirements are understood, implemented and maintained.
- Work with internal stakeholders to process map internal procedures, ensuring current working practices match written processes and procedures.
- Assist in the development and build of the internal SharePoint system, ensuring accurate input of information and data to provide an easy to use Management System for the company.
- Provide on-going support in ensuring processes and documents are kept up to date.
- Support project teams to delivery Right First Time, on time and to budget.
- Support project teams during internal and external quality audits.
- Assist in undertaking root cause analysis for any internal non-conformance issues raised.
- Support and develop continuous improvement initiatives to optimise quality control and internal processes.
- Prepare Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans as required.
- Be involved in the analysing data and generating reports when required.
- Undertake site-based inspections in line with the company’s Quality Assurance Plans.
- Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.
**Essential Criteria**
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, data analysis tools. (Visio and Process Mapping software beneficial.)
- Ability to work on your own and the skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A drive to work in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
