We are seeking an experienced teaching and learning support professional to join our team at one of our schools in Northampton on a full-time, permanent, term-time only basis. As a senior education support assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and learners in our dynamic and values-based school environment.

About the Role

As a senior education support assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing academic and pastoral support to teachers and learners
  • Supporting teachers in the classroom
  • Contributing to the development of educational resources
  • Maintaining outstanding behaviour within the school community

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant experience as a teaching assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
