Academics Ltd is committed to providing high-quality educational services to SEN schools across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes. We are seeking a skilled Teaching Support Professional to join our team and support the delivery of education to children with special needs.

In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher and support staff to provide individualized support to children with varying needs. Your ability to think creatively and respond to changing situations will be essential in this position.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with children with special needs. As a Teaching Support Professional, you will have the chance to work in a supportive team environment and contribute to the development of children's learning plans.

We offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £85-£100
  • Day-to-Day/ Short-Term/ Ongoing contracts available
  • Long-term work, with the opportunity to go permanent

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Personal/Professional experience with children and/or young people is desirable but not essential
  • A caring individual with energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work as part of a team, alongside teaching and support staff
  • Willingness to support a pupil with personal care where necessary

Please note that we require:

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to get one
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification, at level 2 or above
