Educational Support Professional

Teaching Tomorrow Ltd, an educational recruitment agency, is seeking dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support students in Northampton and surrounding areas of Northamptonshire.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individual students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. The key responsibilities include providing tailored support to individual students, adapting the approach to meet their specific needs, and assisting with classroom activities to ensure students remain engaged and motivated.
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess previous experience working with children on a 1:1 basis, relevant Teaching assistant qualifications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Additionally, the ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students is essential.

Estimated Salary:
