Job Title: Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team at the Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre in Hucknall.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centred care to individuals with physical and cognitive impairments resulting from brain injury or other progressive neurological conditions.
  • Support patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Establish effective communication with patients, reducing barriers and promoting open relationships.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mealtimes as needed.
  • Communicate any issues to the clinical team, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Accurately record and report work activities, maintaining a clean and safe care environment.
