Job Title: Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team at the Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre in Hucknall.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centred care to individuals with physical and cognitive impairments resulting from brain injury or other progressive neurological conditions.
  • Build relationships with patients, promoting open and two-way communication.
  • Support patients in their rehabilitation programme, including activities of daily living and personal care.
  • Establish effective methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary.
  • Assist patients with mealtimes and promote a clean, tidy, and risk-free care environment.
  • Communicate any issues to the clinical team and accurately report and/or record work activities.
