About the Role:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with physical and cognitive impairments as a result of brain injury or other progressive neurological conditions.
  • Build relationships with patients, promoting open and two-way communication.
  • Support patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme, including activities of daily living and personal care.
  • Establish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary.
  • Assist patients with mealtimes and promote a clean and safe care environment.
