About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with physical and cognitive impairments as a result of brain injury or other progressive neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to patients, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Build relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring open and effective communication.
  • Support patients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist patients with rehabilitation programmes, promoting physical and cognitive recovery.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes.
