We are seeking a dedicated School Reception Assistant to join our team at New Forest Academy Careers. As the initial point of contact, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, parents, and carers.

Your main responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, directing enquiries to the relevant staff members, and signing in visitors, parents, and students. You will also schedule appointments, coordinate deliveries, and disseminate crucial information with precision and efficiency.

This role requires someone with relevant experience and a genuine passion for helping people. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

New Forest Academy Careers offers a competitive salary range of £24,404 - £25,183 FTE, which is equivalent to approximately £15,102 - £15,584 pro rata. Our benefits package includes a well-being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS), and additional benefits.

This is a part-time, permanent contract with 20 hours per week, spread across 39 weeks.
