Project Planning Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Planning Specialist to join our team and lead the planning phase of construction activities for a brand new project at Sellafield. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive construction strategy, ensuring alignment with overall project goals, and overseeing enabling works required before the commencement of main construction activities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in pre-construction planning and strategy development for major projects, strong background in managing construction projects, including oversight of enabling works and constructability reviews. They will also be proficient in using CEMAR or similar contract administration tools, possess excellent financial management skills with experience handling significant budgets, and strong organisational and programme management skills.
