Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Investigate and analyze the causes of nonconformities, and implement corrective actions.
- Define and supervise the implementation of quality plans, procedures, and instructions.
- Manage customer complaints and implement improvements to the quality system.
- Develop and implement training programs for quality staff.
- Perform or manage the calibration and verification of measurement equipment.
- Approve quality-related documents and inform clients on quality issues.
- Manage and document the management system, and register quality documentation.
- Define, organize, and supervise quality-related activities.
- Establish relationships with other departments and evaluate suppliers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
Terms and Conditions:
- Circa £40,000 per annum.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
- 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays, plus 2 extra paid personal days.
- Business-related expenses in accordance with the company expenses policy.
